Small studio (4/5)

  • 7 to 30 nights: $50,- per night including WEB*, Wi-Fi and towels, excluding electricity**
  • 30 to 60 nights: $35,- per night including WEB* and Wi-Fi, excluding electricity**
  • 60 to 90 nights: $30,- per night including WEB* and Wi-Fi, excluding electricity**
  • 3 to 6 months: $700,- per month including Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**
  • From 6 months: $650,- per month including Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**

Medium Studio (7/8)

  • 7 to 30 nights: $65,- per night including WEB*, Wi-Fi and towels, excluding electricity**
  • 30 to 60 nights: $40,- per night including WEB* and Wi-Fi, excluding electricity**
  • 60 to 90 nights: $35,- per night including WEB* and Wi-Fi, excluding electricity**

Large Studio (6/9/10)

Apartment (A to H)

  • 7 to 30 nights: $98,- per night including WEB*, Wi-Fi and towels, excluding electricity**
  • 30 to 60 nights: $62,- per night including WEB* and Wi-Fi, excluding electricity**
  • 60 to 90 nights: $45,- per night including WEB* and Wi-Fi, excluding electricity**
  • 3 to 6 months: 
    • Apartment 1st floor: $1.100,- per month including gas and Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**
    • Ground floor apartment: $1.145,- per month including gas and Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**
  • From 6 months:
    • Apartment 1st floor: $1.050,- per month including gas and Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**
    • Ground floor apartment: $1.095,- per month including gas and Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**

Bungalow (Kas Flamingo)

  • From 3 months: Prices are between $1.600,- and $1.700,- per month (depending on the number of people, max. 3) including gas and Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**

Bungalow (Kas Blou Blou)

  • From 3 months: Prices are between $2.000,- and $2.200,- per month (depending on the number of people, max. 4) including Wi-Fi, excluding WEB* and electricity**.

* WEB consists of water, waste tax and standing charge (think about $35,- to $45,- per month for 1 person. For 2 persons $40,- to $50,- per month at normal expense)

** Electricity goes through the prepaid Pagabon system ($0,61 per kWh)

The medium studios, large studios and apartments have one double bed (153×200 cm).

The bungalows have one double bed (153×200 cm) per bedroom.

An option on an accommodation is held for a maximum of 7 days. If we do not hear anything within this period, the accommodation will automatically be available again.

Other costs

Deposit

Up to 3 months (90 nights):

  • Small Studio: 250 USD or EUR
  • Medium Studio: 350 USD or EUR
  • Large Studio: 400 USD or EUR
  • Apartment: 500 USD or EUR

From 3 months: Deposit equals 1 month rent in USD or EUR

Maintenance and final cleaning

The resident is responsible for keeping the accommodation and balcony/ patio/ terrace clean. Upon arrival, the accommodation will be delivered clean, on departure the resident will have to leave the accommodation broom clean. The bed linen and any towels may be placed on the chair unwashed.

The costs for the final cleaning are mandatory. The amount of the costs differs per accommodation and is included in the first invoice of the rent:

  • Small Studio: 50 USD
  • Medium/ Large Studio: 60 USD
  • Apartment: 70 USD
  • Bungalow: 90 USD

Visitors (from the tenant)

Temporary visitors from a different country than Bonaire pay costs for staying the night, including using the facilities of Summer Village:

  • 12,50 USD or EUR per night with the tenant in the same bed (only possible with 2 person accommodation).
  • 17,50 USD or EUR per night for an extra bed with bedding (not possible with small studio).
  • Your own (air)beds are not allowed, we are not a student house or campsite.
  • Day visitors who want to use the swimming pool pay a fee of $5,- per person including 1 drink (beer or softdrink). 

Price and Service Summer Village

The price is based on:

  • Each accommodation is a separate residential unit with its own water and power connection and private front door, kitchenette/ kitchen and bathroom;
  • Use furnished accommodation within the lush green Summer Village resort;
  • Location Kralendijk, Playa Pabou district (in walking distance of the center, boulevard);
  • Use of the public areas such as seats, poolbar (consumptions for a fee);
  • Swimming pool with sun beds (during opening hours);
  • Airport transfer service;
  • Owners present during set times for questions and maintenance;
  • Security with cameras and lockable gates (will be closed at night);
  • Garden maintenance, swimming pool maintenance and air conditioning maintenance;
  • Empty septic tanks and order gas tanks (apartments);
  • 24/7 telephone accessibility for emergency;
  • Washing machine available for general use: $5,- per load.
