Cancellation policy

Attention! When paying the deposit (longterm) or pre-payment (shortterm), you automatically agree to the cancellation policy below.

Cancel before arrival

• In case of cancellation within 2 months before arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded and will be deducted as cancellation fee;
• In case of cancellation within 3 months before arrival date, half of the deposit will be returned (excluding $150,- administration fee);
• In case of cancellation at least 3 months before arrival date, the deposit will be returned in full (excluding $150,- administration fee).

Terminate rent during your stay

• You accepted the lease according the dates indicated in the rental agreement. In case of departure before the indicated date in the rental agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, we use a notice period of at least 1 calendar month. The deposit is then returned after check-up upon departure;
• If the rental agreement is canceled within the first 3 months of the lease, the deposit will not be returned;
• Already paid rent will not be returned.
